The main objective of the program is to improve parts business qualitative and quantitative performance of the Authorized Repairers Network , in relation to the objectives defined by the brand.
This program has a methodology where all the standards of participation in the program and value for the adherents are defined.
Initially a previous analysis (on sales volumes, margins, stock, parts ratios / vehicle in park) is made and specific plans are prepared for each repairer (RA).
These plans may include scheduling marketing campaigns; joint analysis of the evolution of sales and margins by channel (counter, practitioners, workshop).
The entire program is supported by an online business monitoring platform (B-Analytics): external parts sales, sales history for each AR, national buying campaigns for AR (selling in), campaigns for independents, parts sale prices, technical information among other parameters of analysis.
