Polivalor and the mechanic shop Journal promote the Mechanic Shop Challenge

In a time where quality and the service provided, are increasingly important premises for customer loyalty in mechanic shops, the mechanic shop challenge, an event promoted by the mechanic shop journal and Polivalor, arise as an innovative and unique initiative, that intends to elevate the quality standards in the mechanic shops, by creating a gamification, with the main purpose of electing the best mechanic shop of Portugal.

Being this the first edition, the event will have 3 evaluation phases. The 1st phase will analyse the mechanic shop service, in many business areas, namely, technical, reception, parts, marketing and management, selecting to the 2nd phase, the 6 best mechanic shops. In this phase will be analysed the many inherent processes to the mechanic shops, as the reception, repairing, delivery and following. In the end will be selected for the 3rd and last phase the 3 better mechanic shop, where will be submitted to a test and a game. In the end will be ellected the best mechanic shop of Portugal.
