Far are the times when electric and hybrid mobility were fiction. Nowadays are a reality in growth, in Portugal and in the rest of the world. Mobility, driven by the adverse effects of fóssil fuels, like climate change, economical motives, and a growing pressure by the international public opinion, that since early, was seen as a business opportunity, for companies like Tesla, Toyota, BMW, and others…
According the analysts between 2015 and 2016, occurred a 60% growth at world level in the acquisition of electric and hybrid cars, having been achieved the 2 million quote of vehicles in all the world, being foreseen 600 million vehicles in 2040.
In Portugal, the scenario, it isn’t different, between 2016 and April 2017 we saw an electric car acquisition growth, near from 87%, regarding the equivalent period, perspective it an equal or higher growth in the near years.
Before this scenario, become urgent the training of specialized technicians on electric and hybrid vehicles, capable of handling and correctly diagnose, whatever malfunctions related with this kind of vehicles, said that, Polivalor, has gathering efforts, towards to the promotion of training actions, capable of habilitate and certify mechanic shop technicians.
The training has a theory-practice strand, with many themes and many training levels which allows to the technicians to have a deep understanding over electric and hybrid cars.
